Spoleto combines the speed of fresh-casual service with the sophistication of an Italian restaurant and gourmet-quality food. This is what sets us apart. Spoleto further defines the uniqueness of our concept by offering a seasonal menu based on the availability of fresh local products and an endless number of guest-selected food combinations.

A choice of 30 authentic Italian-inspired toppings gives everyone a chance to create meals that inspire their palate. Guests can craft a pasta dish, flatbread or salad and interact, talk and laugh with our chefs to experiment with a variety of fresh ingredients in our open kitchen. You can choose to indulge in richer ingredients like meats and cheeses, as well as a full complement of fresh vegetables, whole grains and fruits.

Spoleto has made it our mission to use ingredients in their simplest, most natural form, depending on daily deliveries of seasonal produce from locally owned farms. Spoleto sources produce that is nutrient-rich and organic when possible.

If you are interested in joining Orlando’s most exciting and interactive fresh fast casual Italian restaurant, we are looking for you! To be considered for our team please full out our online application and we’ll notify you when and where we will be holding interviews.


Spoleto plans on spreading "Culinary Freedom" all over the United States and the WORLD. We are looking for future partners and brand ambassadors that will deliver this unique and transparent Italian Culinary experience to cities and neighborhoods they know and love. If you believe in our cause, then we invite you to join the Spoleto movement!

We are in the process of positioning the Spoleto brand for franchising and anticipate granting franchise territories at the beginning of 2017. We are currently creating an interest list, and there will be an application and process sent out to those on our list next September. We will require all applicants to present a completed application, financial statements and business plans, and we will present all interested investors with our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Documents) as required by United States Franchise Law. In the FDD, we will disclose all the required franchise information you will need.

Pasta deserves to be celebrated!

An essential part of Italy’s culture since the 13th century, we’ve brought the best family pasta recipes from the Mediterranean to you! Join us as we journey through our menu with specialty pasta samplings and discover what goes into creating the simple pleasure of artisanal pasta!

On Saturday, February 3rd we’re offering culinary samplings of our entire menu, $5 Pasta build-your-own pasta bowls, a sneak peek of our new menu offerings before they launch, and live music and happy hour specials!

The celebration continues on Sunday, February 4th, with kids eating free all day and culinary learning activities for our younger Spoleto fans where they can earn certificates for complimentary return visits!
